The Mighty Mama Skate -O- Rama is the annual charity event event hosted by the Skateboard Moms/Sisters of Shred, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. This non-competitive event is open to skateboarding women ( both moms and non-moms) and their supporters (male and female).
The event features the Rockin' Raffle, with proceeds benefiting local children's charities. Mostly, though, we just have a lot of FUN!
The 11th annual event will be held in Orange County, California on Sunday May 11, 2014 at Laguna Niguel skatepark in Orange County, California. Seventies superstar Robin Logan will be the official honoree!
We want to see a HUGE boost in FEMALE presence in 2014 for all boarding events. Let us help you meet up with like-minded people for ride shares and meet-ups. This year we are going to put together our EVENTS blog so you can find deals on how to get there and where to stay. Also, send us an email if you are looking to meet up with fellow female boarders.
